Hey CISV Canada!
Recently the CISV Ottawa chapter hosted our annual
Cookie-a-Thon! We all had a blast and we ended up baking 1200 cookies! (Yes
Toronto, you beat us) We played games like mafia, suits and a huge game of
Apples To Apples, along with baking a ton of cookies and watching Frozen!
We are selling most of the cookies but we are also
setting up a sponsor program where instead of buying a bag of cookies for
themselves, Ottawa members can buy one to send to our local homeless shelter:
the Ottawa Mission!
We will be selling a lot of these cookie at our up and
coming event: Silly Chili, which is a chapter-wide potluck dinner where the
chapter members can meet the traveling delegations for this year!
